We have a wonderful new play area for the dogs here at the rescue thanks to the Community Foundation of the Dan River Region for making it all possible. We received a grant to build the play area for the foundation and the dogs have been enjoying ever since. We utilize the play area when we clean their kennels and when we have our dog play groups that helps with socialization and for them to get their daily exercise. We want to thank the Community Foundation of the Dan River Region for the wonderful grant as it will enhance the lives of our current and future residents until they find their forever homes..
