Melissa is a long time volunteer who has been helping find dogs loving homes at out adoption events  in Durham, NC. We first met Melissa when she adopted Nayla, now Marley, from the rescue, and just recently adopted a “little” brother for Marley, Georgie, also from the rescue. Melissa also comes to the rescue to socialize and walk the dogs. Melissa is a wonderful, caring person, who has become a great friend as well as an awesome person to volunteer with,
