Since we have some new kennels we have been looking at getting the dogs some new elevated beds to nap on.  We purchased a couple of the Coolaroo elevated dog beds from Amazon for about $20 each, but their durability is not great for continue use in a kennel. We looked at the Kuranda Beds which are much more durable and great for kennel use, but cost approximately 5 times as much. Since the Kuranda Beds are make from PVC pipes it seemed it maybe possible to create our own. With a little Google search we found some great information from the Columbus Dog Connection on how to make beds. So we decided to make some beds of our own that are like the Kuranda Beds but for the cost of the Coolaroo beds.  Thanks to the Columbus Dog Connection for the wonderful instructions and video on how to make these beds.
