On April 25th Fine Whines and Lickers, Inc. received our IRS determination letter stating that we are now a public charity.  We are now exempt for income tax under the Internal Revenue Code 501 (c) 3.  Also we are now qualified to receive tax deductible donations that qualify the donor to deduct their contributions made to Fine Whines and Lickers, Inc
