When you’re tired of leftover turkey the day after Thanksgiving, join us for a little duck….rubber duck that is!  Fine Whines & Lickers is launching our First Annual Rubber Ducks for Rescue Dogs race on Friday November 27. This will be a virtual race live streamed from the creek right here on our rescue’s property with all funds going towards supporting the rescue.

Rubber ducks can be purchased for $5 each and for every $20 you spend you’ll earn a free duck. All ducks will be numbered and participants will be given their duck numbers before the race. Our volunteers will release the ducks at the starting line in the creek and film their watery race to the finish line.  The more ducks you enter, the more chances to win!   Our top 3 finishers will each receive cash prizes – 1st Place $200, 2nd Place $100 and 3rd Place $50  We will also have gift basket prizes for the Lame Duck – last place finisher – and Plucked Ducks which will be randomly selected by our rescue dogs from the group of finishers. The more ducks you enter, the more chances to win!
