Elsa has found a wonderful hew home with an awesome couple from Hillsborough, NC. Susan and Stacy wanted to find a sweet dog and you cannot find a sweeter girl then Elsa. Elsa, now known as Ruby, had a very rough life, but now has the best home any dog could ever wish for. We really want to thank Susan and Stacey for opening their home and hearts to a rescue dog in need and good luck to Ruby in her new, love filled life.
